About Ann |

Ann Varkey’s professional career spans over 30 years. After moving to the U.S. in 1970;s, she joined the
Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY as a registered nurse working in various capacities. Later she earned a
college degree and moved on to be a nursing supervisor. While pursuing her Masters, she relocated to Orlando.
Her dedication in life is exemplified by her faith in God, attending to the demands of raising her beautiful family
and children and a wonderful husband of 35 years, and maintaining a successful career. In 1988, Ann desired for
a change in her career and then started her real estate career with Watson Realty and later joined RE/MAX
Properties S.W., Inc. She has continued to be one of the Top Agents in Southwest Orlando.
Ann not only is an asset to her family and her clients, but she is also very active in the community. During
the unfortunately circumstance of hurricane Katrina and the Tsunami victims, Ann donated a portion of her
commission from each closing, to relief efforts. Activities she has been involved in are jail ministry, consistently
aiding the poor in India, visiting nursing homes, and a one day meal program in various countries. |
About Elizabeth |
Ann's youngest daughter, Elizabeth Varkey graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Business
Administration and major in Management Information Systems. After working at Raymond James Financial
headquarters, she joined Ann in 2003, working side by side learning the business. She is currently pursuing a
Master in Business Administration at Stetson University. She has her mother's personal, honest, and caring
spirit, and a quiet determination to succeed. Elizabeth brings additional assets to the business with her
background in current technology. |
